Activities That We Thrive

Recently I’ve picked back up with my healthy routine. I went to the gym. Didn’t do much, just jog for at least 30 mins and try to catch up again from where I stopped. It was tiring, is like I have to start over again, but fortunately it only last for 1 day that I felt so. I kept my pace nice and easy with a reasonable incline, to make sure the next day my muscles will not be sore. With this routine, I felt so good but on the same time I felt sluggish because the energy that I used through out the time without exercise was compromised. But I know, this will too be improved if I keep it up. My new motto is keep on moving.

My art shop has not be improved. Was very depressed from all these result that I get. Nothing seems to move and as much I know how to deal with it, it still not enough. Language is a barrier and knowledge is limited when your circle of friends or family only know very little of how the art market work. I am going to proof myself and telling myself to keep on going! Sale is not the process that validate my work but only the process of how little knowledge I have to market myself. How it used to work when I started in Malaysia was joining all the market event which very closely related with what I am doing now. Attending all these market helps to expose my product visibility and promote throughout the market page itself. However, no matter how hard I tried to ask around, send messages to various instagram messages or facebook, no one reply. Not sure because I am not a native speaker, the hopes of getting any reply is possible.

Anyway, I finally get my first print ready. Of course, I didn’t list it yet and no one request any of it yet, I am trying to get myself ready especially the package part. Loving the Risograph print outcome. The process was super tedious and the planning of the colour applications are a pain in the arse. I tried with the method showed in some youtube tutorial, it looks good and works, but the printer services test prints turn out to be so different from what I expect. So in the end, I redo my artwork according to colours planning and reorganised the layer of colours to get the outcome I hope. And voila, it works! I have to learn all these by myself and the process was so exhausting when you do not have anyone to teach you and with time limitation.

Last 2 weeks, we went for a hike nearby Beckov. The castle was really beautiful. Here are some of the photos my husband took.

Also finally with beautiful weather we had these few days, I got a little bit of time to walk around Nove Mesto while waiting to pick up my son.
