Refund & Return Policy

First of all, thank you for choosing Milly Milk Ville product. I am glad to accept refund and return policy within 14 days period after the purchased only if there is a faulty or damage product when received. Please make sure to take a photo of the product and send to me before returning. As soon as I receive back the product, I will refund the money within a week.

• Damage When received

  If the damage product was due to the shipping process, I am only able to refund partially based on how much is the damage. If you wish to return the product and get a new one, the return shipping must be paid by the customer and I will resend a new one based on the availability or nature of the product together with the shipping fee included.

• change of mind

  I do refund or return for any product if you change your mind, please fill in this form and email back to me at milkville@gmail.com. Please bear in mind that all return shipping fee will be bear by the customer.

• Wrong product/colour

  If I send the wrong product, I am glad to accept refund after the product has been return without any damages. I will refund the return shipping fee with the proof of receipt from the post. Please make sure the product was neatly pack to avoid damage during the return shipping. If there is damage during the return shipping, I am only able to refund partially based on how much is the damage. If you wish me to resend the product you purchased, the shipping fee will be included.
