Refund & Return Policy
Milly Milk Ville
First of all, thank you for choosing Milly Milk Ville product. I am glad to accept refund and return policy within 14 days period after the purchased only if there is a faulty or damage product when received. Please make sure to take a photo of the product and send to me before returning. As soon as I receive back the product, I will refund the money within a week.
Damage When received
If the damage product was due to the shipping process, I am only able to refund partially based on how much is the damage. If you wish to return the product and get a new one, the return shipping must be paid by the customer and I will resend a new one based on the availability or nature of the product together with the shipping fee included.
change of mind
I do refund or return for any product if you change your mind, please fill in this form and email back to me at milkville@gmail.com. Please bear in mind that all return shipping fee will be bear by the customer.
Wrong product/colour
If I send the wrong product, I am glad to accept refund after the product has been return without any damages. I will refund the return shipping fee with the proof of receipt from the post. Please make sure the product was neatly pack to avoid damage during the return shipping. If there is damage during the return shipping, I am only able to refund partially based on how much is the damage. If you wish me to resend the product you purchased, the shipping fee will be included.

I discontinue to ship to EU countries except Slovakia. Due to the expensive cost of shipping, I’ve decided to stop sending to other places. If you have bulk orders and wish me to send to your home country, please contact me by email. All shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.

I am pleased to offer wholesale discounts for customers looking to purchase in bulk. Whether you’re buying the same product in large quantities or a mix of different products, here’s how our wholesale pricing works:
Same Product Discounts:
10+ units of the same item: 25% off the total price
25+ units of the same item: 35% off the total price
50+ units of the same item: 50% off the total price (wholesale rate)
Mixed Product Discounts:
5 products or more (any combination): 10% off the total price
10 products or more (any combination): 15% off the total price
15 products or more (any combination): 20% off the total price

Paper Stories
Workshops & Courses
Paper Stories offers small-group creative workshops and English Through Drawing courses for children, as well as selected creative workshops for adults. Class duration, age group, location, price and course dates will be stated on the individual workshop or course information page. All required art materials are provided unless otherwise stated.
Registration & Payment
A place is confirmed once registration has been completed and payment has been received, where payment is required in advance. Places are limited to keep the groups small, so registration is subject to availability. For courses consisting of several lessons, your child’s place is reserved for the full course rather than on a drop-in basis.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel a workshop or course registration, please contact me as soon as possible at paperstories.sk@gmail.com. Cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the type of workshop or course. The applicable conditions will be provided before registration/payment is completed. If Paper Stories needs to cancel a class or workshop, participants will be offered an alternative date or a refund for the cancelled session, as appropriate.
Missed Classes
For courses, a missed lesson is normally not refundable if the class takes place as scheduled. Where possible, I will provide information about what was covered during the missed lesson, but replacement lessons cannot always be guaranteed.
Trial Classes
Trial classes may occasionally be offered before registration for a regular course. The date, duration, location and any applicable fee will be stated when the trial class is announced. A trial class does not automatically reserve a place in the regular course unless this is confirmed separately.
Photos & Videos
Photos or short videos may occasionally be taken during Paper Stories activities for use on the Paper Stories website and social media. Photos or videos of a child will only be used where the parent or legal guardian has given the appropriate consent.
