A little closer to my dream but disappointed with humanity

Finally I took the courage to start something that I always wanted. I always said that I’m blessed and I still think that I am because I have a very supportive father and husband who finally understood what I’m trying to do with myself. I'm also glad that I’m in the world that AI helped in so many ways. Because I’m not the person who is proactive to find the solution outside of my own comfort zone. For example, I hate to go out and search for the people and rely on them to help me get things done. With AI, I finally found an assistant who can help me to solve so many questions that I always had a doubt on. AI also has the patient to genuinely guide me step by step to get things done. The only problem with AI is that they explain too much and kind of making a very indecisive conclusion. So in the end, it is always up to yourself to decide what is best. AI tends to make a lot of repetition too, so in the end, you spend almost your entire day to teach AI instead of you getting the result. So I guessed, the creator of AI should be paying me in the end.

Beside getting help easier, I would also need to address the situation that with this kind of assist, people tend to get more awkward and less responsive. Why I said so? Let me tell you my own experienced. I started giving and sending my proposal to one of the space available in the Piestany. At first, they respond in a friendly manner, but the friendly manner did not solve the solution but making it like a polite way of rejection. It is nice, but it wasted my time thinking that I am able to negotiate at all. Beside that point, they did offer me a different solution, like renting their workshop. So I went and approached the way they suggest. But the conversation went cold after a few discussion just simply because they do not know how to reject me directly. They just simply didn’t reply at all. I guessed they were also using AI to help with the reply, but they did not read the content or cross check the content ,which lead to delaying or wasting other people’s time. Worst case, no proper conclusion, just simply no respond. People already forgotten courtesy, manners and politeness based on civilisation growth throughout the years of history.

This is just one of the case. The second case, I went out to look for a space to rent. In the end I found one which many people doubt the decision. But I do not want your opinion just because you are afraid of doing so. I just simply want to try and see how it goes and get your expertise on how you make your business work, though some did gave some solid point for me to revise my decision. But seriously, a lot of them are so worried about my decision because they thought that I will waste my saving cause I started big. I’ve run through my financial plan, and I’m comfortable with the money. I only wish, is instead of people started counting the money but to say how their business work and how they started. Not, “oh my, that kind of money, you are going to drain yourself.” Even, countless of time, I told them I can manage the downs but I want to make it so it will turn to profit. Anyway, that is not the point I wanted to say, the main point for the place I found, we discussed and we agreed. A week later when we ask for the agreement, they decided to increase the rent. How shitty way to do business!! But, no worries, I told them is alright. Just send the contract proposal and we can discuss the terms. But you know what, their proposal even wrote landlord and tenant in the wrong term! So, we corrected it for them and asked them to revise the contract. Wait, and wait for more than 1 week, no reply. So with this kind of attitude, I already knew the owner has no intention to rent at all to me. Why not say it at the first place, so I won’t waste my time to wait for it to happen? I was so disappointed cause I’ve prepared all the documents, readiness to look for supplier and artists already. My countless of hope and anticipation went “kaput” just because people lost their touch in manners! I went to look for more space, one lady is really good. She showed the space and told us that they already have one before us who might be interested. So if they decided to rent it, I won’t get the space. This is the way, etiquette in the right place! In the end, I found another space. This one let’s cross my finger and hope for the best. We already agreed with the terms, the only problem is the owner is super busy. The agent is handling all the communication. So far, my patient already been tested, this waiting game I’m already immune to it. Still crossing my finger that all this can happen before the Christmas.

So, after reading all these, my conclusion is humanity has evolved to a direction that no longer has the human behaviour anymore. People is more unpredictable, unreadable, non understandable, and most of all, people do not know how to behave like a real person in front of other human being.
