Venting "Machine"

Ok, I’m making a pun joke there. Which honestly is not what I want to joke about. The biggest thing that I want to talk about is how people are managing the things that they suppose to do. I’m not the most organise person, or even the most efficient, or even the best in production at all. But come on! No one take me seriously! Am I so hard to be taken seriously? I’m trying my best to be polite, to be “nice” to say what I felt but in the most gentle way. But nothing seems to move at all. Being polite means that you can be pushed over, to be put aside, to be ignored. I want to live in the world where polite and respect, be considered as a norm or at least come hand in hand. Why it is so hard to be understood? Are you with me here?
